Delete Your Account

In the app

1. Open Bari and sign in.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE in the box and tap Delete my account.

What happens

• Your account, medicines, doses, symptoms, label captures, saved notes, care contacts, and consent history are deleted right away. This cannot be undone.
• Care contacts who get alerts receive one last text saying the alerts have stopped.
• Database backups roll off within 7 days.
• We keep a few records that do not name you, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Cannot open the app?

Email support@bari-med.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by email before we delete.
