Text Message Terms

These terms cover the Bari missed-dose alert texts, sent by Flemming Consulting Group, doing business as Bari.

What the program is

A Bari user can choose up to 3 adults to get a text when a dose the user scheduled is not logged in time. The text says the user has not logged a dose at a certain time. It never includes the dose strength or health conditions. The medicine name is included only if the user turns that on.

How you join (opt-in)

A Bari user adds you in the app and confirms they have your permission. We then send you one text asking if you agree. You join only if you reply YES, which also confirms you are 18 or older. If you do not reply within 7 days, the request expires. We send a number at most 2 requests in 30 days.

How often

Message frequency varies. Up to 3 alert messages per day. You may also get one welcome text when you join.

Cost

Msg&data rates may apply. Bari does not charge for these texts.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in consent with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Other terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts may not arrive right away, so do not rely on them alone. These texts are not for emergencies.
