Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Flemming Consulting Group, doing business as Bari ("we") about using Bari.

Bari teaches. It does not give medical advice.

Bari shows information about medicines, side effects, interactions, and other options, with its sources. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you to start, stop, switch, or change the dose of any medicine. "Not found in the sources we reviewed" never means something is safe. Always talk with your doctor or pharmacist before you change anything. Bari is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with a code we email you. Keep your email account safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What you add

You own the information you add. You let us store and use it only to run Bari for you, as our Privacy Policy explains. Check what the app fills in from a label or barcode before you save it.

Reminders and care contact texts

Reminders and texts are helpers, not guarantees. Phones, networks, and carriers can delay or drop them. Do not rely on them alone. If you add a care contact, you confirm that you have their permission. They must also agree by text. See our Text Message Terms.

Fair use

Do not misuse Bari, try to break it, get around its limits, or use it to bother other people.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop features. You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

No warranty and limits

Bari is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
